Lush Magazine releases its Fall 2006 issue with cover model Monica Bellucci

Fall issue features interviews with Bellucci and George Stroumboulopoulos

TORONTO - September 21, 2006

Lush Magazine celebrates its first anniversary with screen siren Monica Bellucci gracing the cover of its Fall 2006 issue.

The newest issue of Lush features a discussion with Bellucci about film choices, motherhood and being comfortable in your own skin. The issue also presents interviews with National Geographic photographer Jodi Cobb, who muses on some of her more memorable assignments over the years, and George Stroumboulopoulos, host of The Hour, who talks about his career evolution as a television anchor. Aussie rock-band sensation End of Fashion is also featured in an interview and fashion spread. Some of the top salon professionals in the country will also reveal the latest fall hair care tips.

The issue also introduces readers to current R & B sensation, Letoya Luckett in a sexy fashion editorial and exposes the work of gunpowder artist, Cai- Guo Qiang, who currently has exhibitions being held at the Museum of Modern Art in New York and The National Gallery of Canada.

The Arch and Design section, which launched in the previous issue, looks at international opera houses and their history, from Venice to Sydney to Wales to Tokyo. This new section features intriguing designs both in Canada and around the world with exciting features on architecture, interior design, and industrial design.

Lush caters to the elite market of the trendsetting, quality conscious consumer. Going beyond the borders of consumer-driven shopping publications, Lush delves deeper into the more humanistic side of the fashion world, examining its history, its influences and, most importantly, its future.
